What are the +5MT?


Mini-workshops of 5 lessons a week that are given in addition to all the courses offered at Málaga Sí. The topics are the aspects of the Hispanic culture that are of most interest to our students.

Every week we offer a different topic, which is treated from a multidisciplinary and interactive perspective, with a flexible academic program that adapts to the interests and the needs of the students and that is based on basic standards.

To reach our academic goals we work inside and outside the classroom with videos, Internet, images, audio, text, debates, dynamics and games.

The whole experience immerses the students into the most important aspects of the Spanish and Hispanic American culture. All of this happens in a relaxed atmosphere maintaining the professional teaching standards of Málaga Sí.

Conditions

  • Classes begin on Monday all year round. 
  • Each lesson à 45 minutes.
  • Our students can also participate in the Mini Workshops (+5MT).
  • These Mini Workshops consist of 5 hours a week of Spanish cultural lessons.
  • Textbooks and the exercise books are not included in the fees, price: 35 EUR per level.
  • All levels are based on the Common European Framework.
  • There is an average of 8 students in every class.
  • Entrance test at the first school day at 08:30 am.
  • There will be an exam and a certificate of attendance given at the end of the course.
  • Málaga Sí is open all year round except of national, regional and local bank holidays even if two holidays are in the same week. There will be NO refund for the cancellation of classes.
  • First school day is on January 4. 2010
  • Between December 20, 2010 and January 7, 2011 all students will be able to join a class that is especially about the cultural and the social festivities of Christmas.
  • Every change of a course (once started) costs an additional 120 EUR.
  • Every change of accommodation (once started) costs an additional 130 EUR.

  • Welcome Party or cultural activities at any day of the week.
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Use of study material (Except books).
  • Use of two Internet rooms.
  • Free Wi-Fi at the school.
  • Use of the school's own pool.
